At KATCH ME, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Start Your Return

Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place your items in their original packaging and include the completed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

Ship It Back

Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
